In accordance with the current legal stipulations, Alro S.A. with the headquarters inSlatina, Olt County, no. 116, Pitesti Street, Romania, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, 1^st category shares, under the symbol ALR, notifies its shareholders and investors that the Half-Year Report with the financial results for the six-month period ended on June 30, 2015, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), will be available starting with August 14, 2015, 8:30 a.m. (Bucharest time) on the Company’s website www.alro.ro, category “Investor Relations”, section “Reports”.

The Half-Year Report was not audited and was not reviewed by an external auditor.
