Availability of the Consolidated Quarterly Report

for the three months ended 31 March 2018

ALRO S.A. (“ALRO”) informs the shareholders and investors on the availability of the Quarterly Report for the three months ended 31 March 2018, prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation no. 1/2006 issued by the Romanian National Securities Commission (“RNSC”), currently the Financial Supervisory Authority (“FSA”) – Financial Instruments and Investments Sector for issuers and operations with securities and with the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BSE”) Code, starting with 15 May 2018, after 9:00 a.m. (Bucharest time).

The Quarterly Report for the three months ended 31 March 2018was prepared in accordance with IAS 34 Interim financial reporting as adopted by the European Unionand comprises the interim condensed consolidated financial statements of Alro Group.

This communiqué was simultaneously sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
