	Frank Müller President of the Board Frank Müller is responsible for Aluminium related projects and processing improvements at Vimetco NV. Mr. Müller joined the company from Alcan Singen GmbH, where he served as director of production for the rolling mill plant and the cast house. Previously Mr. Müller worked for Amag/Austria and Aleris/Koblenz (formerly Hoogovens Aluminium). Mr. Müller has more than twenty years of experience in casting and processing of Aluminium, working as manager for production departments in various positions. Mr. Müller has a PhD degree in Metallurgy from Technische Universität Bergakademie of Freiberg/Sachsen.
	Marian Nastase Vice President of the Board Marian Nastase graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economics where he majored in foreign trade. Mr. Nastase has extensive experience in financial consulting and auditing. He has worked at Deloitte & Touche in Romania, amongst other accountancy firms. In 2002, he joined Alro as the executive in charge of all financial affairs of the Company. He was subsequently appointed Marco Group Country Director for Romania, and his current mandate covers all Vimetco Group operations in aluminum, natural gas and electric power in the country.
	Gheorghe Dobra Member Gheorghe Dobra, Phd, Executive MBA, graduated from the Bucharest Polytechnic Institute. He joined Alro in 1984 and has held various engineering and executive positions since. Mr. Dobra is currently the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of the smelter.
	Adrian Manaicu Member Adrian Manaicu, Phd, graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. He holds various positions as consultant and auditor and is a member of the chambers of auditors with the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Manaicu also works as lecturer in accounting for the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and for ASEBUSS- Romanian-American School of Business in Bucharest.
	Pinzari Svetlana Member Svetlana Pînzari holds a master degree in Economics from Columbia University, New York. Mrs. Pînzari is an experienced economist and finance professional with large experience in banking. She served as Vice president of several commercial banks and central bank, she was performed an internship at International Monetary Fund. She joined Alro as Deputy Financial Director; she was subsequently appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Alro’s group in 2006. She is responsible for reporting, accounting, treasury and budgeting.
